Welcome to SpectreXweb. By accessing or using any services, platforms, software, or programs (“Services”) offered by SpectreXweb, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).
1. Eligibility
Access to SpectreXweb’s exclusive programs (e.g., Tallent+, Innovate+, Vanguard™) is by application, invitation, or private contract only. Participation may be denied, revoked, or restricted at SpectreXweb’s sole discretion.
2. Confidentiality
All materials, tools, software, and proprietary systems provided are confidential. Participants in Vanguard™, SpectreVault, or similar programs agree to strict NDAs and are subject to legal enforcement for any breach of confidentiality.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, source code, software, systems, content, trademarks, and proprietary frameworks are owned exclusively by SpectreXweb or its licensors. No rights are transferred unless explicitly outlined in a custom agreement.
4. Use of Services
You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, redistribute, or rebrand any part of SpectreXweb’s systems. Usage must comply with applicable laws, and clients are responsible for ensuring their projects respect international compliance standards.
5. Pricing and Engagement
Engagements are case-specific. Custom proposals include scope, deliverables, timelines, and associated fees. Acceptance of a proposal constitutes a binding agreement.
6. Termination
SpectreXweb reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or at our discretion for risk, legal, or reputational reasons.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpectreXweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, any of our services or products.
8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved confidentially via arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Venue shall be Lisbon, Portugal, unless otherwise agreed.
Get exclusive upgrade credits when you activate SpectreX AI or upgrade to a new SpectreXweb product before July 31, 2025. Terms apply.
Upgrade values vary based on your current software license tier, user data eligibility, and verified usage patterns. Not all products, devices, or accounts are eligible. Participants must meet minimum usage requirements and hold a verified Spectre ID. Upgrade credits can be applied toward future SpectreXweb platform access, Spectre X AI features, or elite partner products. Actual credit awarded is subject to verification of active license and user integrity score at time of evaluation.
Offer is available only through official Spectre channels and may be limited by region or device compatibility. SpectreXweb and its partners reserve the right to decline, revoke, or adjust any upgrade request for security or capacity reasons. Full upgrade access may require identity verification and acceptance of the Spectre Developer or Research Network Agreement.
For security and compliance, program eligibility is subject to Spectre’s AI Trust & Risk Index. The index evaluates behavioral consistency, AI ethics compliance, and regional data regulation alignment.
Spectre X Community Access is governed by invitation-based protocols. Some tools, datasets, and internal systems are accessible only to approved AI contributors or research partners under a SpectreX Tier License or NDA-bound Enterprise Terms. Availability may vary by country and language.
SpectreXweb products and APIs require current-gen system compatibility. Some features are exclusive to SpectreX-certified deployments or strategic partners. Developer Tools, Vault Systems, and Quantum-Sync integrations are subject to encryption limits and export controls.
Subscription tiers and product availability are subject to change without notice. Not all AI features are globally enabled due to regulatory, ethical, or performance considerations.
To participate in the SpectreX ecosystem, you must comply with our Community Access Agreement, Data Sovereignty Guidelines, and Infrastructure Use Policy.
